Fish ball is one of Hong Kong's most popular and representative "street foods", eaten plain or cooked in a curry sauce. Readily available in traditional markets and supermarkets, fish balls are also a popular ingredient in hot pots.

Instruction:
1. Prepare the embroidered patch, the garment you would like to put the patch on, an iron, a piece of thin cloth.
2. Preheat the iron to 150°C.
3. Place the embroidered patch on your garment and cover it with a thin cloth.
4. Press the iron firmly and still on the cloth for 20 seconds. Repeat the processing for 3 times. (Please beware of high temperature)
5. Your work is now done! Let it cool for 5 minutes and it's ready to go!
